This series of six bud portraits was created using carbon dust (applied with paintbrush) and carbon pencil on paper. The original drawings were then transferred to photo-sensitive polymer coated printing plates to create direct gravure hand-pressed prints (in collaboration with master printmaker Susan Oehme of Oehme Graphics). The print series is limited to a very small edition of 8 prints of each of the six portraits in the series. These prints are available for sale individual or as a complete set.
